Dear Alpine Auto Repair, Thank you, thank you, thank you! This letter is our way of thanking you for the GREAT work you have done for our family since you purchased ALPINE AUTO REPAIR. You have really brought this repair shop up to very high standards. You are honest and do very good work. You have serviced our family van, our motorhome and even a flat tire on our son's Radio Flyer wagon. Each time going above and beyoond in customer satisfaction and workmanship. At one point there was a manufacturer defect in a part you installed on the SUV which you brought to our attention on a subsequent visit. You called and ordered the part, let us know when it was in and then moved us to the front of the line to remove and replace it immediately. It took less than thirty minutes to fix the problem. This is something we would never have noticed until it was too late! So thank you for being here when we need you. And thank you for bringing such quality work and high ethics to our community. 12 - 25 - 04 Rob and Staff - Jeanie & I want to say a very warm Thank You for helping us the way you did when we had transmission trouble on our truck. - a white Ford 350. We barely made it to your shop off the Interstate on Monday, Nov. 29th. You worked on it as soon as you could. Rob, the truck runs great. It's like it's brand new again. You have the cleanest garage I have ever seen. - The rest room was outstanding. I can tell there is a woman's touch about the place. I had better, quicker and less costly service at your garage than at the dealership where I was taking the truck tomorrow and I bought it from them.
